Miss Erin Gruwell is a beautiful white teather.She loves her work and pays more attention to her students than her husband.Her husband don't understand her,so they get disvorce.But as a teather,she is successful.She tried her best to change these kids who are not friendly.She let Jewish Men and African-American make friends with each other.Then the class became a family to the students.She got a job to pay the books which she bought for her students as the school thought giving them books was wasting resources.She used some valuable books and invited some famous person to help change the students.In order to know them,she gave everyone a notebook to write anything by themselves,she really did a good job,therefore,her students respect and love her.
My middle school English teather did not do as well as Erin.She is also a new teather without experience.She didn't know us and didn't try to make friends with us as she thought she is only our teather,she must be strict with us and teach es words,grammar...So we really didn't like her.What is more,she knew this but she didn't change it. I admire Erin.
